I haven't heard back from many regarding the date or the chosen book. Maybe the blog email still isn't reaching everyone? I'll try a Facebook message and see if it reaches more.
Let's plan on Thurs, June 9th, 7:30 for bookclub, although, Autumn, I will greatly miss laughing with you! :-)
I finished the Rosie Project a couple days ago and really enjoyed it. The f-words do continue through but if you can look past it, I highly recommend finishing it. It was so entertaining I recommend it to Jake (who is much more a film fan than a book lover). He listened to it while commuting and really liked it. We've done a lot of laughing.
I'm still open to changing our choice though. Any other opinions on the matter?

Jen, I'm sorry I haven't given any feedback yet. We entered my family's birthday binge couple of weeks and then I had a garage and house emergency that gave me much anxiety and I was just holding on. But we're good now. :) Anyway, I'm sorry to not have been a help with your attempts at planning. I just found out about Nate's work conference dinner and speaker event that will be hell on Thursday night that Nate has already RSVP'd for. I think I was supposed to know about it a couple weeks ago...but that message didn't quite make it to me or our calendar. :) So, I'm not quite sure what I'll be doing since Rebecca already has other plans, but I may not make it this week. I'm so sorry! I may try to come late, but I really don't know how things will go.
