A couple requests...
Hello all! I was just wondering if anyone has finished the book, The Beekeeper's Apprentice, and would let me borrow the book. It's checked out at the libraries I have access to. And my second request is for Addie. I heard amazing things about your yummy treats and wondered about getting the recipe. I hope you're all doing well!

I just barely placed a hold at the Springville Library, so I'll read it quickly and get it to you ASAP :)
Here's the recipe:
Sopapilla Cheesecake
2 cans crescent rolls
2 pkgs cream cheese
2 c powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 stick butter
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Roll out 1 can of rolls and press together in the bottom of a 9x13. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla with electric mixer. Spread onto dough. Roll out the second layer of roll dough and put it on top of cream cheese mixture. Melt butter and pour over the top and then sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy!
